Short back and sides?

My wife has done more trimming of the yew tree. Today's back blip is from the other direction and with slightly better light. I did the last prune and because of the building work it's been left two years to grow like a weed - it's killed red and back currents nearby with shade or pin drop, so it needed a significant trim. The clematis growing in it was also trimmed, but that should regrow well too.
