Mama and...

Little Dog's day trip today took us to Burnsall for a short wander along the river. I heard a bird calling from a pebble island.  I used my newly discovered Merlin app to identify a common sandpiper and set about looking for it.  It seemed quite intent on telling something to hide...  Do you spot it?

Given we hadn't been very far, the cafe was in order.  With Little Dog eating little, I persuaded her to have a breakfast of tiny pieces of bacon inside two pieces of kibble.
