Lanhydrock parkrun

Getting back to normal.
Early dog walk then off to Lanhydrock for the parkrun. Was going to post a selfie but the sweaty mess didn't make a very nice photo, so used these lovely trees from the gardens.
I was surprised to finish in the fastest time this year and was the first female in my age group.
Did a much needed shop to stock up my fridge.
