Abandoned boats

Are becoming quite an issue both on the lake & at sea. This boat is probably 40+ years old.
The problem seems to be whose responsibility it is - the National Park have been trying to find out who owns it but ultimately it’ll be expensive to recover & dispose of.
That makes 3 boats on Derwent Water that we know of - on land it would probably be considered fly tipping & be dealt with!
