Ryecroft

Sauntered uphill to Ryecroft - haven’t done ascents since foot injury - not to use the post box - am trying gradually build fitness back up - however the effort may have been undone by the partaking of food and drink - which included a couple of lagers - whilst sat out in the sunshine for quite some time with M&C plus another couple of friends this afternoon - did enjoy the effortless company though
