Elderflower

Was delighted to see the elderflower blossom on this tree, indeed smelt its fragrance before I noticed it! I was taking a walk after having been to a concert in a church in Yelverton by a choir that Sian accompanies for rehearsal. This particular concert included a song from one of Sian’s song cycles! The programme was folk songs reimagined in the first half and the second was jazz versions of Shakespeare songs and there was an encore of the song All through the night!
