Notes: Woke before 6a but laid there a bit and then got up and headed out on the bike just before sunrise. Went thru the library and the back way to 8th and hopped south on the trail. Saw this beautiful blooming something and several other areas with bright red, dark pink and purple azaleas (I think). Knees a bit achy, did 11 mi. Came back and got in the pool and showered off. Watched the CBS Sun Morning Show and Janine's new look at World News. Long boring day trying to pass time, watched much of the Rays game (beat the Red Sox - yayyy!). Al was emailing trying to get me to call him - he's not seeming rational and is quite upset, says he's not staying in the facility, making up things that aren't true. I couldn't get thru. Jumped on Zoom w/ Jo then for over an hour and half - that really helped me feel calmer.
