Shining buttercups

It’s been a relaxed day today.  Church this morning followed by pottering around in the house and garden this afternoon.  Our “wildflower meadow” (the overgrown patch at the bottom of the garden) is looking lovely.  It is full of buttercups and plantain and the yellow rattle looks as if it might be on the cusp of flowering too.
