Orange!

I am not a huge fan of azaleas. They are a splash of color for sure but don't give off any perfume which is a shame. Not like our incredible lilacs this year that we could smell all over the property. I'm not even sure how many pollinators visit these flowering bushes. But we do have this orange one that blooms over by the barn. Dan and his first wife planted it years ago.
It's been a very rainy, gloomy day. I spent a while out painting but didn't quite get finished. The smell was getting to me and I really couldn't have the windows open much. But soon it will be finished and I'm really looking forward to that.
