Elderflower champagne
We’ve had our grandson Caspar staying for a couple of nights and had various jobs lined up for him to help with. He suffers a lot with anxiety so we thought the best way to deal with it was to keep him occupied. One of the activities was to make another batch of Elderflower Champagne. This was the fourth batch we’ve made. It’s very easy to make and is non alcoholic by the way but for all that, very delicious. Here’s the mixture ready for steeping for 48 hours before being strained and bottled for two weeks.
