Dinner

I forgot to blip yesterday so catching up today.  Didn't take many photos so here is dinner!  Another new recipe we tried from the ocado app.  It looked nice but it was lacking a bit on flavour.  

I took the girls to the runway in the morning with their bikes.  We met up with Keira as Thea has a new bike that she wanted to try out. 

Can home for lunch and then John took the girls to the park and I did some sewing.  He was meeting up with his friends and their children as they wanted to plan logistics for their triathalon next weekend. There is lots of planning as the logistics are quite complicated.  I am sad that I will not be going to watch, but it will be too crowded for me and I worry I won't have the stamina to stay out all day with the girls. He said he would rather I am home where he doesn't have to worry about me. 

In the evening I took a stroll around the lake with Sam.
