A little of what you fancy.
Hello Everyone,
I need to get into a routine now… I seem to be coping with everything. I had planned to take things easy for the first couple of days and check if there were any challenges at home, but all seems okay. From Monday on I want to create more structure around when I exercise, rest, take meds, etc. Hopefully having this more time based will allow me to get the most out of the day without pushing too hard.
GCN Plus (Cycling TV Channel) has now been activated and there lots to watch there thus making the rest time easier.
I have been having a couple of biscuits when I get up and breakfast a little later, not perfect for sure and I and trying to find the blend between weight control and recovery… Yesterday I racked up a massive 1,232 steps so not many calories burnt. I stocked the freezer and fridge with mainly healthy stuff prior to the operation so just trying to control myself from eating all of it in two days – lol.
