The Invisible Cat

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

So today we lost Punky. He wasn't in any of his usual places.

"Have you seen Punky?" I asked Caro. "He isn't in any of his usual places."

We checked.

We checked EVERYWHERE.

We checked the garage, the bedroom, the spare bedroom, the back garden, the airing cupboard, the cupboard at the top of the stairs, under the bedside table, inside the wardrobe, under the ottoman and under the chair.

Nowhere to be seen. Had he somehow got outside?

Surely not.

Maybe he really was in the garage.

Or under the ottoman.

Or in the spare bedroom. Or the airing cupboard. Or under the chair. Maybe the garage. Did he get into the back garden? Let me triple-check the ottoman.

We were calling and calling. Not a peep.

In the end it was Caro who found him.

See the extra.

S.
