Walk Like An Egyptian

Today a big grasshopper or locust flew onto my hammock as I was reading a book in it. The striped eyes and the yellow strip on top indicate that it is an Egyptian grasshopper, and likely a female as it was so large.

Evidently it needed the rest as it let me take several photos of it.
