Hanging basket

Cali helped Bob change all his baskets recently, and they do look nice in summer mode.

It has been a fine day, not so warm as yesterday and a little breeze which was quite welcome.

Did some work in the house this morning, and did the recycling.  Spoke to John in Dunfermline on the phone, and also to Ron.  

Pat had been at the Victoria for her speech therapy, which doesn't seem to be helping much but Ron says he will have to be a bit firmer with her as she doesn't do the exercises.  Fiona was up from Cambridge at the weekend and took over completely which gave Ron a bit of a break.  They are still waiting for help at bedtime, as Ron is struggling badly but it seems there is a waiting list for everything these days.

In the afternoon we set out to do a walk, and Bob managed very well, walking about the same distance as yesterday.  I left him to come home and did my usual neighbourhood walk, which was very pleasant.  

Was just about to make coffee when we had a surprise visit from Irene, so she had some too, and we sat chatting for a while.
