Moth in the morning

I found this moth in the kitchen first thing. It was resting after a busy night. Not sure what it is called. I spent the morning at the station on voluntary duties. The trains were back and so were all the passengers. Home via the supermarket before a busy afternoon online with some good progress with the current work project. This evening there was an interesting and amusing exchange of views on the efficacy of AI on the family WhatsApp before Springwatch.
