Happy Birthday Phoebe

It is Phoebe's 3rd birthday today!  She got loads of cuddles.

Getting decent sleep is still a struggle for me.  So much that I can cry from absolute exhaustion.

I have a referral for ENT (I did suspect perimenopause but now think it's more likely from ongoing nasal congestion and the poor sleep has meant I'm more stressed and anxious which then means I can't sleep).  Crazy!

Really focusing on a habitual bed time routine and hoping to nip this all in the bud!
