Northern Mockingbird

I just love the mockingbirds at the end of Chapel Spring Lane. There are so many of them! They've been doing a great job of reproducing, apparently. I love listening to them doing dueling displays of their gazillion memorized songs. This one regularly sits on this wire.

His tail is not striped - that's a shadow.
