Cheers Sunshine!!

We started out quite normal, but did have our odd moments!! It must be age that has got us to this stage!! If it is in the genes and inherited, P you have been warned!!!!

We are celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary today (please say it quietly as it sounds such a long time ago!!)

We went out for the day to Wrest Park in Bedfordshire. The magnificent house has an interesting history and a few of the rooms are open for viewing. The rest of the property is rented out to small businesses.

The gardens are said to be spectacular, but due to the rain we didn't see much. We will go back to visit on a dry day this summer, at least that is the plan. I've uploaded some images HERE as a taster. It is too late to add details, so I will do that tomorrow.

To finish off a great day we ate out at the Indian restaurant in the village, most enjoyable :0)
