Asthma

I am fortunate in that mostly my asthma is mild and well controlled. I don't take it well when it kicks off after colds and flu. My asthma is the type with the thick gloopy mucus that makes me feel like I am choking and gagging at the same time ( TMI?)
Hopefully the meds will settle it down and a night sleeping sitting up will give me some rest and restoration.
