Apple Sponge

Tonight I cooked dinner and carted it around the road to my friends. He is wheelchair bound and cant get into my house so every now and then I do it as I am often invited to their house
I have been wanting to make this new apple sponge recipe for awhile that I got off face book.. If i do it again I will change it. You cubed the apples skin and all and stirred them into the sponge mixture. Nice and easy but next time I would peel the apples
They were most appreciative of the meal and are such good company
