STAFF SGT STEVE ARNOLD

Steve Arnold (whom I only discovered was Staff Sergeant Steve Arnold when I googled him after our meeting) was in Canary Wharf helping promote the work of Help For Heroes, the charity supporting wounded servicemen and women.
Steve told me that with HFH help, he is training in hand cycling and aiming to compete in the Rio Olympics/Paralympics in 2016.

I'll be tracking your progress with great interest.

In the meantime, HFH is running Mission 424, which is described on a hand0out as One Team, 24 Hours...For Heroes.
