Love in a Mist…

…or Nigella.

I pinched some seeds of these from my daughter’s garden a couple of years ago when they first moved in. She finds them a nuisance as they come up in the pebble borders but I think they are a lovely delicate blue and the spidery filaments around the flowers are rather special.  Seeing that Tiny Tuesday is celebrating 8 years on another blip this morning, I got out my  macro lens and headed to the garden. I feel the details of this pretty flower fit the bill.

My camera was telling me the card was write protected so I took it out and moving the sliding lock switch to unlock it it came off in my hand and fell in the grass so that’s the end of that memory card! It continued to show the same message when I tried it back in again.  I have three cards and three cameras so just have to swap them as required but you can guarantee I’ll set off sometime with a camera that doesn’t have one!

Back to cool and grey again, good for Pilates this morning as there was no sun streaming in the windows but I then had to walk back to the village to the hairdresser this afternoon and it was decidedly chilly!
