Success!

I made my first batch of shortbread in the "new" oven this morning and it turned out well, so I'm pleased that there's some home baking in the tins when Gill comes to visit later in the week.

Nearly finished unpacking - down to the last four boxes! The only problem is trying to find places for everything, but there's no hurry. There was a whoop of joy a few days ago when I finally unearthed the two packs of teabags!
