Instant supper

In our apartment we have just a two ring cooker, so over the years I have perfected about a dozen menus using just these two rings. This is tonight’s supper. Hot Chicken and bacon salad with a fresh orange, olive oil, grainy mustard and balsamic vinegar dressing.
