Ceramic Class - Ocarina

Today we made Bird Ocarinas with just 4 fingering holes.
The English 4 Hole system was developed in the 1960's by an Englishman, John Taylor.
The English 4 Hole system allows a 13 note chromatic range to be played using cross fingering and half-hole playing technique.
This is my ocarina, viewed from the left side where the larger holes are placed.
