Actually, it's more of an underpass but let's not split hairs for the sake of a title.

Our Ramblers walk today was meant to take us from Kirkintilloch to Clachan of Campsie along the Strathkelvin Railway Path, and it nearly did. The plan was to walk there and then get the bus back to our start-point, however roadworks meant that the main bus route was subject to diversions and some buses weren't running. We still managed 8km (five miles) but had to curtail our walk just north of Lennoxtown in order to catch one of the buses that was running on schedule. 

Still, it gave us more time for coffee / lunch back in Kirkintilloch as we got there earlier than originally planned. Every cloud...
