A quick shot of a bee in the front garden, a moment of calm in another stressful day.

Still waiting for a plan for J’s care, no real progress on that - feels like lots of people are busily trying to pass him on to others rather than actually consider the person at the centre of the issue.

Of course the time the mental health team member came to visit was the only time in the day when J was calm and cooperative.
