Up at six again without setting the alarm and without meaning to be, but at least it got me out on the bike nice and early. Found some new roads but the wind has got up and changed direction too - the return leg home was a right old slog. Swings and roundabouts eh?

Our to lunch for some beachfront grilled sardines, back to base for sun, reading and backgammon.
