Drop Box

For years there was an old mail box on the outside of the city building where people who had gotten a parking ticket could drop in their fine payments at any time.   
     The new construction means that site is not accessible anymore so the city installed one next to the driveway.  Even after that the city continued getting complaints about it's absence.
     Putting the sign on it solved the problem.

     People are so much like sheep!
