Careful! That knife's sharp!

Well I didn't cut myself. 
The mise en place continued without incident and plenty of penne was devoured by all.
The rest of the day was full on with a lot of places to go. And with a high of 31c it was always a relief to get back in the car and turn the AC on full.



Ah well...
