Gardening!

I was absolutely floored to spot these full-size, all-ripe purple beans in our little garden. To be expected, of course, you plant, they grow, and so on, but since this is my first garden EVER, pardon my awe. :-)

We plan on having them tomorrow, with Ali's tomatoes and cucumbers, and our very own Swiss chard instead of lettuce.

My people are back. I am so delighted!!! Even though the short one makes all sorts of ruckus, and the tall one came back sick (same crud as what I had). I missed them terribly.
