Kumia Mill

Another cycling route with my husband. He was able to leave work early so we went for a ride. We did 24km, but damn the first 10km was hill-y. It really took it's toll on me. After we got home, my husband went for another 40km.  And a lot faster than with me.

My dad got the call. Next Wednesday (I think) he'll get an ultrasound for his leg and abdomen and next week (Thursday I think) he'll get the operation. They check first if it's spread. I guess they might be able to see it with the ultrasound.
