The Swedish Baker

Today was the third of the three one day courses that W had booked for herself.  After the glass making and breadmaking, today was 'Swedish Baking', and this is the result. From the top left we have a loaf of Caraway and Rye bread, Savoury Swedish Scones, and 'Kanelbullar'; Cardamom and Cinnamon Buns.  There were six of the latter but two didn't make it to the photoshoot and very tasty they were too.

There was mention of a Christmas Baking Workshop on 1st December; she's signed up for it already!
