Wildflower Garden

My wildflower patch is looking so pretty at the moment. It’s a mass of green alkanet and ox-eye daisies, and the overall impression is about as busy as my day has been! 

The Traveller flies back to Malta tomorrow, so he’s just had lots of hugs with his two youngest nieces, who paid us an after-school visit, which they sensibly combined with a walk up to the ice cream van at the top of the road. 

Granny now needs to tackle some last-minute ironing for The Traveller, so I apologise if I don’t get much commenting done tonight.
