Country walk/run

So the sun has stayed with us, for a week, it is a miracle! So I have been trying to fit in extra training along with Bootcamp. So this evening it started as a walk but I can confirm I ran on a road, where people could see me! thankfully I have seemed to stop replacing my hubby in the uk with chocolate.....
