Bathgate gala day

Up early to head through to Vogrie parkrun. It was my 50th parkrun, and 30th unique location. The sun was out and it was pretty hot, even at 9:30am, however the shade of the trees in Vogrie park was very much welcome and managed a fairly respectable time.

It was also Bathgate gala day, so in the afternoon we all walked down to the park. It was a lovely day for it too, and the boys fairly enjoyed themselves (especially the sunny bike show)!
