Low tide at Cramond

A walk along the Almond to Cramond first thing. Then, a stop at Barnton to buy stamps, post birthday cards, and collect prescription.
More painting in the spare room - just the ceiling to do now. I had hoped to get away without doing it, but the freshly painted walls are showing up how tatty the ceiling looks.
Steven dropped Norah off in the afternoon as he had an appointment at the diabetic clinic. We took her for a walk, and she had a nap.
