After the awful prep today was the day for my colonoscopy.
KC agreed to collect me so I could be sedated.
I cannot believe they even offer this without sedation.

Anyway, the oscopy was nowhere near as bad as the prep. Immediate results were nothing to worry about.

Home in time to see United beat Liverpool (women).

Chelsea won the league but I still think the team of the season was United.
