Running again

On thing I did find out over the weekend is that my yearly fitness test in the form of a bleep test is probably 17th July. Eek.
I went for a run. Tragically slow. I'm going to have to  keep dragging myself out there other July 17th is going to be an F. I'd quite like to keep my job for a few years yet so that cannot happen.
