More birthday flowers!

This is Wednesday

Today's offering is yet more birthday flowers, this time from the bouquet given to me by Stella-Rose's daddy.  This was a wonderfully exotic bouquet and I think that the flower is called a protea.  I am sure one of you will confirm that or correct me!
In other news: we did take Violet to school today but no pick up as her father wished to pick her up and thus have her tomorrow morning when it is her birthday.  We will see her tomorrow evening for a celebration dinner
