Mushrooms

I thought that my attempts at cultivating mushrooms indoors had failed.

the crop should have emerged 9 -14 days after starting but nothing appeared so I put them outdoors.

LO! after 48 days we have a crop of yellow oyster mushrooms.

I am a little worried by some white growth on the surface.

I will harvest them and was thoroughly before making a decision.
A mushroom omelette is the front runner at present.
