Selfie

First time trying selfie. Very difficult!

Saw very nice nurse who cleaned my wound and put an efficient dressing on.
Will need doing again in 2 days and need a prescription. Drove to Dol to see my doctor and was able to to discuss various other problems. He always makes me feel better!

So tiring to drive in hot sun. Think I'm suffering after yesterday's events.
