Promised to take Mrs R out to lunch today, don't think a burger out of a converted horse box was what she envisaged!
The Chubby Hubby Trailer is a fabulous street food vendor located in Bo'ness. I had  glazed sticky pork belly with Asian slaw and sweet chilli sauce on a brioche roll. Yum.
