No sh*t Sherlock!

Oh, it is delightful be pootling round the house in pyjamas when you really ought to be at work (I wasn't slacking, I'd booked annual leave, honest) ;-)

I roused myself in the afternoon, got a quick shower and drove into Leeds - yup, even when I'm on holiday, I just can't stay away! Well, I do get free parking after 4pm and on a weekend! Went for a drink in one of the Student Union bars, to a friend's leaving do - very loud, very modern music, really not my cup of tea, and my boss was amazed that it was full during exam time. I was less surprised...

A and I went on to the West Yorkshire Playhouse to see a production of Sherlock: The Best Kept Secret. The audience were very impressed - one lady (I think...) in front of us was almost bouncing up and down in her seat with excitement - but A and I remained uninvolved, unmoved and unimpressed.

It was a night out anyway but, apart from the company, I've had better evenings!
