Dryad's Saddle

A mythical name for this fungus.  They do have "character".  Soggy day here but I got out for a short walk.  
I'm under a bit a dark cloud right now, and I don't mean the weather.  Things keep breaking.  No water at my house right now because the well pump gave up.  It's a 350 foot artesian well...yikes.  I have hopes of it being fixed next week.  And the lawn mower gave up too.  I had to get the lawn mowed so the plumber could pull the 300+ feet of pipe up to change the pump so I borrowed a friend's and go it done today.  
Tomorrow I'm off to visit a friend on the Canadian border and have a bit of a rest from "fixing".
