Knobs!

Why is it you can't get a decent knob anywhere! Gone are the days when you could just grab one and tweak it this way or that and hey presto ..satisfaction!
Now every damn radio & HiFi comes with flaming buttons & everything has to be pressed time & time again until some bloody number comes up before you get a station. What am I on about I hear you ask in disbeleif! Well yesterday I asked chubby hubby to replace a side bulb on my car but to do so he had to take the battary off so now my bloody radio doesnt work. Its spits a series of words across the display saying "state of the art Hifi with perfect sound" Aye right!
I can remember our first wireless which had two big knobs on and a big green magic eye that blinked and then became a perfect green line when you hit the station AND if you had a fancy wireless it had 3 knobs on , one on/off, a tuner knob & for the posh folk a bass/treble knob! Now I cant find any damn station cause of these bloody stupid press button thingies and flaming numbers which to a numerically challenged person like me is a nightmare! Bring back knobs!
Im not sure what the above beastie is doing at all!
