VERY DIFFICULT…

…to leave this beautiful place. I do hope we can visit again.
We enjoyed another healthy breakfast in our garden with the views. We sat in the sun and read and The Rev went off to take more photos. We are very efficient at packing now so it only took about 20mins. Check out was 10:30 which is quite early but we stretch it to 11!!!
We stopped at Stourhead National Trust expecting to pop in for a quick look. No the place is massive. A beautiful lake with a 2 mile trek and a large house. We didn’t go on the walk or to the house but pottered around the garden. We will definitely return.
The rest of the journey home was great. We stopping for dinner at The Bell in Godstone and then onto J’s to collect Daisy. We were home by 7! What a fabulous surprise.
