to the east of Coyote hills on the way to the river walk.  I passed gangs of cow elk and the bull elk were in the pasture in which they've been hang out. Plenty of life along the river walk : mulies, a pair of cow elk, beaver and lots of birds singing away. I met a man who is monitoring the birds with an app that recognises birdsong. He wants forty and so far has thirty-eight identified.

More
