Hedgehog

K spotted this hedgehog crossing the road outside our house. We went out to make sure it got across safely. Once it was safely over, I went and found a tray to put some water in, in case it was thirsty. By the looks of it, it was. It finished the water then moved into the longer grass. I refilled the tray and left it nearby. After about an hour I went back to see if the hedgehog was still there, but it had gone. Hopefully it’s ok. I’ve left the water out. But I’ll need to see if I can find a shallower dish.
